The Piano itself is great, and the delivery was fast and hassle free - even over the busy Christmas period. However, the disappointing thing is, 2 of the keys are stuck/broken (ie. no sound comes from them). I understand this is a manufacturing issue, though the idea of return/exchange over the Christmas period was too much trouble. Would appreciate higher/more thorough QC checks in the future to avoid happening again.
